Faulty or Damaged Items

Here at The Bib Store, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation quickly and to your satisfaction.

Our Guarantee:

We offer a 12-month warranty on all The Bib Store products. This warranty starts on the day of purchase.

How to Report a Faulty or Damaged Item:

Simply email us at info@thebibstore.comau. In most cases, attaching a photo of the issue will allow us to resolve it quickly.

Change of Mind Returns:

We understand that mistakes happen! If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don't need the item anymore, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase.

Important Notes:

  • All returned items must be unused, undamaged, resalable, and in their original packaging.
  • We cannot offer cash refunds for returns. You will receive a gift card with a value equal to the returned item.These gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase or exchange. Once the expiry date has passed the gift / exchange card is no longer valid and cannot be extended.
  • If you choose to exchange an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs in both directions.

  • Please be sure to check our size guides carefully before ordering.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable on returned items.
  • We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that have been used.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if a clearance item is faulty, we will fulfill our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Missing Orders:

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@thebibstore.com.au within one month to ensure you receive a replacement or compensation.
